All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
